Sending a video message to offline users is very simple just like sending message to any users. Open an offline contact; you will see a new button “Video Message” for that specific contact. Click on that button and you will be redirected to the record screen. When you are ready to record to video message, click on “Record” button and countdown of three minutes will be started. When you are done with recording the message, again hit the “Record” button. Now, you can add the “Title and Description” for that specific message. You can also delete a recorded message or re-record your message.
